Trial, subscription, and cancellation
Dooriax Core, Business, and Managed Growth start with a 7-day platform trial through Stripe. A card is required and the subscription charge is $0 when the trial starts. The selected monthly or annual subscription begins after the trial unless canceled. Standard setup is included within the published plan scope; additional locations, complex migrations, integrations, and custom development require a separate written quote. To avoid the subscription charge, request cancellation at [email protected] before the trial ends. After the trial, request cancellation before the next renewal to stop future charges. Refund rights follow applicable law and the written agreement.
